Phil Stout Lead Pastor Phil has led our church since July of 1987. He holds a bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature, a Master of Divinity degree, and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry degree through the Association of Chicago Theological Schools. In addition to his ministry here, he is a writer and serves as an adjunct professor at Spring Arbor University.  Phil and his wife Carol have three children: Bekah, a Music Therapist working in Monticello, New York. She is married to Scott; Nate, a grad student at Western. He is married to Jen; and Caitlin, a seventh grader in Jackson Public Schools. He and Carol look forward to becoming grandparents for the first time this August. The company also owned an AM station. One day an AM personality got sick at the last minute and they were in a jam and called me. So for one horrendous day of my life I was a Country Western disc jockey!
